RAW MATERIAL CUTTING PROCESS:

GRPL uses good quality raw material manufactured by reputed steel manufacturers like SAIL, Jindal, etc. High accuracy cutting of raw material is achieved with the help of CNC controlled Plasma Cutting machine. CNC machine offer clean cuts in less time thus resulting in good quality and lower lead time for tank fabrication.

TANK ASSEMBLY PROCESS:
GRPL focuses on making tanks within the tolerances provided by the customers. Use of CNC machine cut plates helps us achieve the dimensions perfectly. Once the tank is assembled, it is then send for welding process.

WELDING PROCESS:
GRPL aims at achieving leak free welding for the first time. All the welding are done using MIG welding machine. We use ACM gas to achieve spatter free zero defect welding. We aim at achieving smooth welding bead, no spatter and zero leaks.

TANK DIMENSIONAL CHECK:
The dimensional check of the tank is done to check with the customer’s parameter. The tank is checked for its internal and external dimensions, dimensions of the accessories, placement of the accessories or any other specified checks by customer. Since GRPL used high accuracy machines and trained professionals there is hardly any deviation from the customer’s specifications.

LEAKAGE TESTING:
The tank is checked for leakage at various welding of tanks for flat wall type and for corrugated type additional check is done at following welds fins seam weld, stiffening rod weld and spot weld to avoid any type of problem in future. The tank undergoes pressure test to examine for any type of leaks.
